I wasn't going to complain about this vendor, until I had some glitches with my payment and she was cranky about the misunderstandings.She originally quoted me for a price I thought was going to be around $350.00.But, the day she delivered the cake she told me $400.00 and I had guests at the condo so I let it go.The cake was dense and heavy, and when she was concerned about the work involved in the design I chose, I decided to give her creative freedom. I was disappointed.The most annoying part was the $85.00 "Delivery, setup, tablescaping and cutting service to insure elegant presentation and portion control"She delivered the cake, then took four spools of ribbon and integrated the ribbon under the cake.Then, she asked me if I could rewind the ribbon and leave it at the condo office with the rest of the supplies and she didn't cut the cake she just left quickly.I work in the wedding business, and I've never had a bakery ask for the decorations back!Please be very particular about your cake vendor!
