Three's Bar and Grill

We used Three's for our wedding catering and they did a fantastic job! It was a destination wedding and we took a pre-trip to Maui to find our vendors and in the case of food, sample our vendors food. We went to a lot of the well known and recommended wedding caterers and while they were decent, Three's was the one that blew us away. Travis was responsive in emails while we setup the sampling and then when we arrived he took care of us the entire time offereing suggestions and gathering info on our preferences.Their food was great, they had a wide selection to choose from, my wife's favorite was the purple mashed potatoes (We still can't figure out everything in there but it was addicting). They also offered a sushi bar, chocolate fountain, desserts, ice sculptures, you name it and they had it. They even provided the bar tender for us since we rented out a private estate. On the day of our wedding Travis was there overseeing everything and checking to make sure we were satisfied. All of our guests kept coming up to us and complimenting the food and how great it was. Three's was a hidden gem that our wedding coordinator recommended! They were incredibly priced and the value we received was top notch. Not only were Travis and Jaron so gracious in helping us with the menu, they executed eloquently on the wedding day without one hiccup. My guests (all 62 of them) swear that our food was the best wedding food they've ever had. Most brides/grooms don't even get a chance to enjoy their meals on the wedding day itself. Ours was amazing and we enjoyed every last bite. From the appetizers (bacon wrapped scallops, bbq pulled pork quesadillas, sushi, popcorn shrimp, ahi tuna) to the dinner (edamame encrusted mahi mahi and a steak option) everyone was raving and wanting seconds. We still have friends telling us how great our food was which is so wonderful to hear because normally wedding food is mediocre at best. The staff, the coordination before the wedding, and the execution were phenominal. I am so lucky I found Three's for our catering needs; they really made our wedding so memorable!

Three's was my catering company for my beloved wedding this past May. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. For starters: Chef Travis was and is my FAVORITE vendor. Not only am I still getting compliments about the food (to this day!), but I could not have planned my wedding w/o him. He went above and beyond his responsibilities as our caterer and even helped me find a DJ, bartenders, etc. WHO DOES THAT?! I am so very blessed to have found him. He made planning this HUGE party from thousands of miles away much easier than I thought it would be. His catering staff was all very professional and responsible (making sure I collected all my belongings and my left over alcohol at the end of the night). I swear, if he could have planned my whole wedding I would trust him 100% (although I'm sure he wouldn't be too thrilled about that.. lol..) The day of the wedding it was Chef Trav (not my coordinator) that was running around last minute to make sure the wind didn't affect my table linen. He was always honest and up front about what was "worth it" and what never gets eaten by guests. (we were on a budget) But I trusted his opinions and always felt he was being honest with and not trying to over charge me like other caterers. Three's Catering Bar and Grill is a MASTER in cuisine, and above all else, allowed us to have the "best wedding food" according to all those who attended. I can't wait to visit Hawaii again to eat at their restaurant and actually try the appetizers everyone raved about (our guests said the BBQ kalua pork quesadillas were the to die for!) Oh, Chef Trav- Pavid is having a 10year anniversary... guess who's our caterer?! Are you ready for all those emails again?!!? :)
