Jill and Gordon did an outstanding job photographing our wedding! They were very professional, responsive and flexible. They worked hard to accommodate our needs and took time getting to know us. As we live in Japan, email communication with our vendors was vital to the wedding planning process. Jill always replied in a timely manner and made many helpful suggestions. Jill and Gordon were amazing photographers to work with. We loved our pictures! All of our family and friends absolutely loved them - especially the ones that were not able to make it to the wedding. After we got engaged, we were looking for a photographer to take our engagement photos in Maui, and through much online research and looking at reviews, we emailed MeewMeew Studios along with a couple of others. They were the first to respond with the most detailed answers regarding the many questions we had. We knew then and there that they would be our photographers. They were able to accommodate and booked a special custom package for us and that if and only if we were satisfied with our engagement photos, they were more than happy to take our Wedding photos as well. As you should know, they took both our photos and on different islands. They were everything we asked for and more, so much more. Words can't explain what wonderful people Jill and Gordon are, and is no surprise they won the WeddingWire's Bride's Choice Award for the 3rd straight year! Jill and Gordon are very genuine and positive, and are so easy and comfortable to work with! The most honest word is they weren't our photographers on our big day, they were our friends; happy and always smiling for us, and they made sure every beautiful moment was captured. Even our family and friends can't say enough good things about how happy they were for us, and they were our photographers! It is stressful enough preparing for the wedding, and if you have photographers that aren't comfortable to work with, it will make your big day more hectic than it should be. hello, to all the bride to be's. I wanted to recommend jill. I was a little hesitant due to the fact that I live in california and had to find a photographer via the internet. I was able to find her on craig's list and she was able to tailor a wedding package for me. Through out my wedding planning i was able to contact her via email and she always responded quickly (the same day, if not within the hour). Her and her husband arrived during the wedding and were able to take all the photos that I had wanted, they were also able to stay over the extra time that i needed them. I got married in October 2011 and I found Jill and Gordon through weddingwire.com and I would highly recommend MeewMeew Photography! I made an arrangement to have them as my photography for my wedding reception and they are AWESOME!! I had two different photographers, the photographer for our wedding ceremony was arranged through my wedding planner and when I received the pictures from both photographers, I immediately noticed the difference!!! After seeing the quality and all the special moments that were captured by Gordon through MeewMeew Studios, I am still beating myself up for trusting my wedding planner to booked our ceremony photographer. It is your special day and when that moment is over, memories is everything you have left to share with your families and friends so don't do what I did, be sure to do your research and rely on real customers feedback's!

We had an incredible experience working with this company for our wedding photography and engagement photos. The benefit of having two photographers was they were able to capture hidden moments that one person wouldn't have been able to do. They were affordable and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. They even were able to stay a little longer on the day of when we extended our dance floor time. For a Maui wedding they were able to give us more for our money and we are so appreciative for that! Mahalo Meew Meew!

Jill and Gordon are AWESOME!!! They worked out such an amazing photography package for us and shot our rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception, and our trash the dress. They were so professional and super friendly, they made us feel comfortable and beautiful in every pose. Their photography style is photo journalistic and we felt so RELAXED and had so much FUN shooting with them. My husband and I recently married in Maui on 9/10/11 and booked Jill as our photographer. With a destination wedding it is really difficult because you have to rely on reviews and the internet instead of meeting with the various vendors and interviewing them. Jill was so easy to work with and very organized. Best of all, I do not regret selecting her as our photographer. She worked very quickly to turn around the photos and they are gorgeous. She captured every moment from the event with several different views of those moments. Looking through the pictures my husband and I loved almost every single one! I recommend Jill because she is so sweet, organized, and an amazing photographer. She loves what she does and it is obvious that she puts her love into her work. With everything that you put into planning a wedding, whether it is a small or large event, the photos MUST capture the beauty and joy of that day and Jill did exactly that. We could not be happier and we are looking forward to receiving our custom designed album!

When we set on the search of a Maui wedding photographer, sure we found a lot photographers in Maui but most of them doesn't go with our budget and doesn't seem professional. Finally, Jill and Gordon's website caught our eyes and photographs were magnificent and we were already impressed with their absolutely beautiful photos so we just called Jill to booking. She was extremely friendly and professional not like other vendors i called. Honestly, we couldn't find reasonable price like theirs for full coverage of our wedding and a magazine style photo album in Maui. On our wedding day, we just met Jill and Gordon in person but they were fun, friendly, professional and comfortable to be around and that made us to be ourselves and play around for poses. looking at the our wedding pictures online we pleasantly surprised with the our photographs and all of the photos they took were absolutely beautiful. Our friends are calling us to tell that our wedding photos came out like a romantic movie and how stunning it is and how Jill and Gordon were friendly and personable. Without doubt, Jill and Gordon have the skill and the eye and the talent to deliver great shots. We loved our experience with them so much that we can't help but tell people how professional and friendly they were at our wedding and how wonderful job they did. We were adamant about hiring a photographer for our evening reception--we'd already booked everything for our morning ceremony and figured we didn't need professional pictures of guests eating and drinking. Boy, was I SO wrong! I am really glad we hired Jill and Gordon! Throughout the planning period, Jill was awesome about quickly responding to my emails/phone calls. I later found that that they were in the process of moving their home and business from Chicago to Maui, yet were able to keep up with every single detail. During our conversations, Jill was great at reassuring me that the night would unfold on its own and that they would have plenty of photo ops! It really gave us the peace of mind that our only job that day was to enjoy it, which really reflected in the photos! They ended up going above and beyond...they started way earlier than planned and stayed later than scheduled. They were really able to capture all the moments that we missed during the night. Now, we literally have a play-by-play of the night, which is priceless! Every single one of our photos turned out beautifully: they provided their artistic touch to each and every photo. I LOVE how the pictures turned out! If I were to do this over, I'd definitely use Jill and Gordon again. From the beginning, they've kept their word and even exceeded our expectations! They really captured the moments that made our wedding special. I hope them the best in everything :)

My husband and I chose MeewMeew Studios after being referred from a friend, and we were not disappointed! Jill & Gordon were both very friendly and professional. We really liked their style of catching candid moments. The only problem we had was trying to narrow down our list of pictures to include in our album, since they all looked great! We were absolutely elated about the professionalism, courteous service, and responsiveness I received while working with Happy Buddy. The wedding planning was stressful, but working with Jill and Gordon was the easiest part of our vendor process. They were punctual, took great action and still photos, promptly delivered the proofs, provided and even followed up to be sure that I was happy with their service. I thought Jill and Gordon did an incredible job taking pictures before during and after our wedding. They provided good feedback on where our pictures should take place on site and gave us the freedom to be creative.
