Bill with Maui'd Forever was recommended by a friend who had used him for her wedding. Bill was great to work with. He offered several options and suggestions when planning our wedding. He was very responsive to our phone calls and emails. Just overall, a pleasure to work with. Our wedding could not have been better.

The Maui'd Forever Staff was so helpful in planning my wedding to remember I could not have done it without them. It is quite intimidatiing these days as to who you can trust regardless of meeting face to face or on line, but Bill and his staff made us feel as if we belonged to the island by guiding us and making us feel rest assured although we were miles away and all we had to worry about was being on time at the beach and he would do the rest. I was completely in the dark when I started planning my destination wedding in Maui. I work in retail and a customer just renewed her vows in Maui and worked with Bill Armstrong and Maui'd Forever. Luckily she gave me her recommendation and I contacted Bill via email. He responded within hours (remember if you live in Michigan its a 6 hour time difference.) Bill provided me with people to do my hair, makeup and they came to my location to get me ready. He also provided the names and locations of numerous restuarants to go to after the ceremony. We went to Sarento's on the Beach and if I had to rate it, I'd give it a 7 out of 10 only because it was sooo dark when we ate (after sunset) and the food was OK. I wed on Makena Beach in South Maui and it was PERFECT. Not crowded, beautiful scenery, tropical pathway that was perfect for family and me (the bride) to walk down. It was a little hard to find the location at first but well worth the hassle. Bill was also the minister and performed the ceremony without a hitch. We had lei's, champagne, and the beauty of a sunset at Makena Beach. My photographer was Yolanda and my videographer was Brian, they both were professional, understanding and did amazing work. I would highly recommend Bill and Maui'd Forever to future brides! I have no complaints and am happy with the results! Good Luck :)

This service is fantastic! Trying to plan a wedding from California was a little daunting to me initially. Once I emailed Bill at Mauidforever I immediately knew it was not going to be difficult! All I had to do was email him and I would get a response right away! He was so so helpful! But not pushy at all! The wedding for my son and his bride could not have been more beautiful! It was everything they wanted and more. The videographer Brian was fabulous-we just got the video and we love, love it! Have not picked out all the photos as yet, but what we have seen from Sara we love so far! They were excellent to work with. Use this service, sit back and enjoy your day!! --Robin

Bill Armstrong from Mauidforever was awesome. He took care of everything, even some of my "off the wall" requests with kindness and professionalism. He even calmed my nerves when I thought it would rain. (Turns out it was warm and sunny with a delightful sunset. Not sure how he made that happen.) All I had to worry about was not messing up my vows. Also, Minister Kenneth Hoo'pai was perfect. I would highly recommend him for any Hawaii wedding. Overall all my wedding dreams came true thanks to Bill and his team. Mahalo!!

My husband and I chose to have a small wedding on Maui and after much online investigation we chose Bill Armstrong from mauidforever.com... We are extremely pleased with our choice. Bill was very responsive to both emails and phone calls and was always professional and flexible. He also gave us great advice throughout the planning process. The result was the perfect wedding for us on a beautiful Maui beach with Kimo (who was great at making us feel comfortable, we felt the ceremony was touching and personalized). Our videographer, Brian and photographer, Alex, were very professional as well as creative.....spending as much time as needed to get the pictures we wanted and suggesting fun shots.....all of which turned out great. We felt that not only were their prices really the most reasonable for what we desired, but the outcome was exceptional!! Bill allowed us to easily create a beautiful and personal wedding from thousands of miles away and have executed it flawlessly less than 48 hours after we flew into Maui. Bill with Mauid Forever was everything I could have hoped for. He made the process of planning a wedding from a different state so easy. My husband and I could not have been any happier. OUR EXPERIENCE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY BETTER. BILL ARMSTRONG WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. WE RENEWED OUR VOWS WITH TWO OTHER COUPLES ON THE BEACH IN MAUI, IT IS A MOMENT THAT WE ALL WILL NEVER FORGET. BILL KEPT IN CONTACT WITH ME THROUGH OUT THE WHOLE PROCESS AND MADE US FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE. SARA QUINN WAS THE PHOTOGRAPER AND SHE ALSO DID A WONDERFUL JOB. We chose Maui'd Forever after checking out a few other Maui wedding websites. Bill was the nicest and most professional out of all of them. It was like pulling teeth to get in contact with anyone else, but Bill was quick to answer any questions. He offers everything that anyone else offers only at a better price and better customer service. When it came time to meet him and start the ceremony, he was very nice and our photographer, Yolanda, was just as nice. His ceremony was beautiful and it was everything we could have ever asked for. We didn't really know what to expect but everything he did for us exceeded all of our expectations from the cake to the bouquet to the ceremony. We were married on August 22, 2010 at Kapalua Bay and would recommend Bill and Maui'd Forever to anybody that was considering getting married in Maui. We loved Maui"d Forever. My travel agent hooked me up with these people. I was blown away by there professionalism and flexablity. Bill handled everything and made this expieriene soooo great !!!! He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Hanne was our photographer and she was amazing. I can't wait to see our pictures, she has a great eye. We couldn't have asked for a better paster, Paster Dennis.....what a great man. Brian was our videographer. I didn't expect much from him, I thought it was going to be pretty basic.......wrong. Brian made us into stars. I had no idea how cool his video was going to be. All of our friends and family have just gone on and on about how great the video was and what an awesome keepsake it is. Bill conducted our wedding vow renewal ceremony on Maui on March 19th, 2010. He was very willing to work with me on changing the "wedding package" details to help to stay within my budget. He also worked with me on adding special details in the ceremony to include our 3 daughters. He works with a fabulous photographer, Sara Quinn, who was awesome and who I would highly recommend! Overall, the ceremony turned out very special and memorable thanks to Bill!

I worked with Bill Armstrong with Mauid Forever for wedding planning services for my destination wedding in Maui, Hawaii. I would highly recommend Mauid Forever for every need that you have. I loved Maui’d Forever. Bill and his family were so hospitable. My fiancée and I wanted a personalized wedding with a bit of tradition for just the two of us. I search on the internet and talked to many wedding companies. I reviewed so many companies and decided on Maui’d forever. One reason I chose them is because they gave us a complete package for a good price; photographer, video, cake, guitarist, and inscribed flutes. They also gave me control of our ceremony, which I liked compared to the other companies that made me feel like I was entering a marriage factory. Bill answered all my questions promptly. He sent me e-mails with a list of photographer and ministers to choose from. I was able to read about the different suppliers and see thier portfolios before hand. Then I chose for myself the one that best fit us. It was so easy! Well you still don’t know how it will turn out until you get there. We were elated after the ceremony! Our wedding was better then I could have ever dreamed of. We meet Bill at his house. His wife helped me get dress and Bill helped my fiancée. Bill drove me to the beach and didn’t let my fiancée see me till the wedding, love that tradition, it adds excitement/anticipation. At the ceremony everyone was so relaxed. Bill set up everything and sat on the lava rocks as my proud spectator while we had our ceremony. We felt like Bill and everyone there enjoyed what they did and respected the sanctuary of marriage. After the ceremony the guitarist played more songs that we had chosen. We danced and played on the beach as the photographer took pictures. Even our photographer started to dance. We also chose to have the video taken and I am glad we did. It helped me share our special day with my family. My friends and family were able to watch it the next day while we began our honeymoon. They did an awesome job! Everything was of great quality. From the flutes with our names and wedding date to the video we were impressed with how it turned out. Thank you, Bill and Maui’d Forever for helping us get Maui’d in Maui in style.

The site we renewed our vows(Kapalua Beach) was beautiful Our officiant was in native dress,recited our vows in Hawaiian and English,and did an excellent job. We would recommend Maui'd Forever and the staff to anyone interested in a vow renewal or complete planning of a formal service. They all did an excellent job.

My name is Milo and my wife and I were married in Maui on February 28, 2010. I offered to write a review for Bill because I was extremely pleased with his companies services. My wife and I committed to Maui'd Forever after carefully comparing cost, locations, services, photographers, videographers, and all the other components of at least 6 different Wedding Planning companies. We were nervous for many reasons but mostly because of the organization an preparation a wedding requires. As soon as I spoke with Bill I knew he was the person I wanted to deal with since I could tell there was nothing he wanted more than for my wife and myself to be happy with our decisions. The other Wedding Planners were trying to up sell different areas of the wedding and it was very discouraging. We wanted something beautiful but did want pressure to spend extra money on things we didn't want or didn't need. Bill guided us through our process as professional and helpful as possible. I would encourage anyone to contact me if they wanted more information on my personal experience with my experience with Maui'd Forever.
