Super professional yet laid back, personable and really nice!! The quality of their work speaks for itself (just check out venmo or their website). In sum, I was very happy with Kelii and his team. Very, very talented and experienced, and the highlight video that they included was AWESOME. So many of our friends and family said the video made our wedding day look like a romantic comedy wedding movie trailer. I received the DVD from Kelii less than 2 weeks after the wedding. The highlight video came a week after the wedding - awesome turnaround time. It is not cheap, but money well spent in my opinion. It's Hawaii, and pretty much everyone is nice in Hawaii (for the most part!) but Kelii and his team are really great- I'm glad they were a part of our day and am very happy with the results :)

Kai Media & Kelii are truly talented videographers and they did an unbelievable job at capturing all the special moments at my wedding and making our wedding video look enchanting and moving! Their work surpassed my expectations in so many ways and truly was a masterpiece! They are extremely professional and a joy to work with. On the day of my wedding, they arrived at my location on time and without bombarding me with a lot of questions about the location & set up details. They were such a pleasure to meet & work with on the day of my wedding. They paid a lot of attention to detail and was present to capture every special moment without being intrusive and getting in the way.  In fact, they were so inconspicuous that some of my guest didn't even notice I had videographers.  I cannot praise them enough for their truly exceptional work at my wedding. They are a five-star company and any bride would be lucky to have their crew video their wedding! Kai Media was so easy to work with and were very flexible with any requests that we had for our video. We left creative freedom up to them and were pleased with EVERYTHING that was selected for our wedding. They were so awesome and definitely well worth the value! I would recommend them over and over and would say they were worth the money! You will never remember everything that happens on your wedding day and always want to have something to remind you of that special day... Kai Media has definitely captured that experience for us and we will always remember how we felt that day and to see all of our friends and family there along with us enjoying every moment! Our wedding highlights were posted the very next day and it was easily accessible for everyone to view. Friends and family loved our video!!! We got lots of great feedback and many people told us they cried after watching the video! We even had friends asking for Kai Media's contact info so they could have them at their wedding! Kai Media did an amazing job and we were our so happy with their services!

I originally gave this vendor a great review for the work they did the day of our wedding. It wasn't until after our wedding did this terrible nightmare with Kai Media begin. We were originally quoted 3-6 months for our wedding video. We also asked for a highlight video that was supposed to come sooner but never did. After 3 months i had my husband contact them to find out about our video. He emailed/called and didn't get any response. This went on for a couple of weeks till he just decided to stop by their office. When my husband arrived he spoke with our contact and he told my husband that they had some personal problems going on within the company and that's why it was taking so long. He said that they were behind on a lot of videos and that he just needed a little more time for ours. We took his word for it and gave it more time. We waited for the entire 6 months and once again tried to make contact by phone and email once again with no response. My husband again went down to talk to them at the office. Their response was that they changed their contracts and that their turnovers with their videos for their newer clients were 2-3 months so that's why ours wasn't ready yet. When he told that to my husband he was dumbfounded. How does that make sense you are trying to finish videos for clients that had their wedding after ours? Once again he reassured us ours would get done and they just needed more time. By this point we felt like something was fishy. My husband stayed on them by email and phone. Finally at almost 9 months my husband went down to the office again. Then they finally admitted what happened they lost our wedding footage. And we weren't the only couple this happened to. They were trying to stall all this time with all these lies to see if they could get it back. We never really got a straight answer on what happened exactly. All we knew was that something with the hard drive they used got deleted/taped over...blah blah blah. Supposedly they were sending the hard drive to Korea to see if they could get the footage back but we never heard back about that. They were able to give us a little of our wedding but the most important parts were missing from us getting ready with our bridal party till about 99% of our ceremony. They didn't even get us walking down the aisle. It was really horrible and we couldn't believe this was happening. Most of all we couldn't believe they didn't let us know about this earlier. They just strung us along and lied the entire time. My husband has tried to get in contact with them to see if we could get the hard drive so we could send it to someone ourselves to get the footage back but once again his emails and phone calls went without response. For this reason we feel that we didn't get the entire story about what really happened. I HIGHLY recommend not going with this company if you want your wedding video because you are at great risk of getting lied to and in the end not getting it at all. Such a disappointment! BUYER BEWARE!

Wow! Kai Media is worth every dollar! The talent oozing from these boys is ridiculous! I have only seen my Highlight Video thus far and cannot describe in words how happy I was when I saw it. It took me back to my wedding in an even more glorious way. They are so talented, artistic, and creative. What's more, they are all sweethearts and an absolute pleasure to work with. One of the guys saw that I was very warm after the ceremony and ran to get me an ice cold water WITH A STRAW so as to not ruin my lipgloss. Their personal touch is unmatched in the industry. Definitely the best videographers in the world!!!! Aloha :)

Kai Media was awesome! We got married in September of 2008 and we are still hearing raves from our friends and relatives about our video. Kai Media is very professional and we love their creativity and style. They documented what was going on on our wedding day and most of the time we didn't even know they were there. They put together a "Same Day Edit" highlight video for our reception. This is something that you MUST have for your wedding day. It's a highlight video from your wedding day that they show to everyone towards the end of the reception. It's not just like any video you have seen. Kai Media's videos are tasteful and very professional.It really impressed us and it made both our parents were really happy. (especially since they got so many phone calls from their friends and relatives about how amazed they were!!!) Thank you, Kai Media!

We got married in April 2008 and Kai Media did an AMAZING job in capturing all the moments of our wedding. I am so thankful that they were the ones to do it. They were helpful in answering any questions we had, are very reliable, hardworking and just great people!On the day of the wedding, they captured so many footage and at times, I forgot that we were being filmed! During the reception, they showed highlights of the ceremony and a slide show which our guests enjoyed. Once we received our wedding video a couple weeks later, we were so impressed. It was very tasteful and definitely a tearjerker. All of our family and friends enjoyed viewing our video and still talk about it to this day!Thank you so much Kai Media!
